Founded by Andre Au and Joanna Hon, Bitter Melon is a contemporary Asian cocktail-focused restaurant that serves flavor-packed small plates with unconventional touches in Toronto's bustling Chinatown.
After opening in 2022 with a healthy dose of excitement and recognition, the founders approached Cohere to engage in a holistic marketing exercise, creating a social strategy, capturing new content, and designing new creative assets to continue building recognition for the concept in Toronto and internationally. Cohere helped rebrand this Toronto gem, and position it for a new generation.
